CYPHINVEST DIGITAL BROKER OFFICE – VANIT PLACE AREE & VANIT VILLAGE TOWER @ BTS ARI

Beyond Decor was approached by Cyphinvest Digital Broker overseas headquarters with a request to redesign their upcoming Thailand office space on the 21st floor of the Vanit Place Aree & Vanit Village Tower. A corporate interior design project covering seven usable areas and a total area of 242 square meters. Interestingly, the 21st floor been selected to match with their corporate philosophy of “21st century breaking technology”, luckily that space was available and waiting for them.

Our team developed a Warm Modern Minimalism look to visually communicate that this space isn’t just an office, but a Smart Office. Pairing gentle earth tones to give a sense of warmth with clean lines and sleek gunmetal gray accents to add a touch of modernism, which together pushes this space above that of a simple office space.

Unique project highlights:

• Difficulty of combining Sprinkler Plan with New Layout as Building did not allow to make any relocations or modifications
• Additional Stand-Alone Air-condition in IT Room for low temperature supply
• Many Feature Walls with hidden doors
• Multifunctional Wall in Big Meeting Room, White Board & TV Presentation Wall
• Lift-up floor step for Pantry area in order to arrange water supply and waste drain plumbing
