Office Space – Park Avenue Sukhumvit 71 @ BTS Phrakhanong

Time passes by and the Beyond Decor team is growing so we needed to relocate to a larger office space.

The main criteria for our new blank slate of empty property was to plan a layout according to a Feng-Shui Master. We were required to allocate 1 closed working room, 1 Meeting room, Extra Storage for Material Samples, Catalogs and Documents, a Separated Toilet, a Separated Kitchen, and to keep the Office space as open as possible.

To meet the established requirements, we designed a Minimal Modern Loft concept. We incorporated unhidden wiring along the ceilings, whitewash wall painting, bright wooden furniture with hidden LED Warm Light.

We also used a lot of flowers and green for a natural life feeling!
