Almost 2 years had passed since the client received the keys to 7 units at Park24 in Towers 2 and 6.

Why did the client wait so long to get started on the units?

The reason this particular client waited was because the client couldn’t find a trustworthy and responsible partner until he found Beyond Decor. We could fully understand the needs of the client and also fulfill the requirements of the project.

One of the key issues the client faced with other companies was a language barrier. The client communicated in Mainland Chinese. However, due to the fact that the Founder and Managing Director of BEYOND DECOR is able to speak a number of languages, which one of them happens to be Mainland Chinese, The language capability gave confidence to the client. As a result, project requirements were easily understood and confirmed with the client in a smooth and easily understood manner.

The main project criteria was to make the units visually bigger, brighter, and of course fit into the client’s budget. We provided our Full Stop Service to make the property look attractive and also allow for it to be rented out quickly.

After studying the project concept and understanding the potential tenant audience in Bangkok’s Phrom Phong area would be mainly Japanese, we chose to go with a “Modern ZEN” style. The Beyond Decor Team developed a full package and Interior Design proposal for the client.

• Enlarge the space in all units by using high quality graphite and tea-colour mirrors
• High grade of Marble design laminate especially imported from Japan
• High grade vinyl wallpapers, especially imported from South Korea
• Open up more space in Studio Type units by removing sliding partition and partly replacing it with closet
• Fully custom-made all items, except electronic appliances and accessories
