Our client purchased property for investment and to generate the expected rental income, the unit needed to be furnished quickly within a very limited budget.

The client’s main request was to create a simple and clean concept that could be accepted by any tenant, no matter which nationality he/she is. Therefore we decided to mix and match a light colour theme with light oak wood finishing to achieve a “Cozy Family Feel.”

The property was quickly rented out to an American family following the completion of the project, which highlights our design simplicity and functionality concept.
