BEATNIQ Penthouse @ BTS Thonglor a.k.a Japan Town

A German client purchased a stunning 110 sqm penthouse with amazing Floor-to-Ceiling Windows to use as both a Holiday-Home and as a main hub into South-East Asian Countries.

This particular property is located in Thonglor, an area of Bangkok that is well known as a Japanese expat area. Based on that source of inspiration,our designers selected natural white oak wood to be paired with black stone to match the developer’s finishing. We then combined the white oak and black stone with pink gold stainless elements. We named this concept “Luxury MUJI”.

The design concept features a Floor-to-ceiling build-in feature walls that emphasise the 3.5m ceiling height and beautifully display the texture of natural wood and stone in direct sunlight. This combination of elements also creates a cozy luxury feel in the evening with warm light night lamps.
