“Life in Luxury Suite” Loft Silom Duplex @ BTS Surasak

Our client, Mr.Norman had a clear picture in mind for this project. It was a strictly-for-rental space, hence, our team had to be aware that all the designs, decorations, and built-in furniture used in the space should not affect the original floor plan so that when the owner returns to the room it wouldn’t have any problems nor would complications occur.

The theme our Beyond Decor team had chosen to play with this time is a dark-color scheme, a masculine and luxurious feel with the vibe of walking into a hotel.

The Beyond Decor team chose “The Simple Life in Luxury” concept for this project to express a simple yet sophisticated lifestyle. This time we fused functionality and design together as a core attribute because the space is for rental purposes. Most of the furniture is of a built-in style and blends in with the existing furniture provided by the project owner. The team chose glossy material to give contrast to the woods and dark laminate furniture. This usage of material contrast gives the space a lively and luxurious feel.

The client was abundantly pleased with the result and only requested minor adjustments to our designs.
