Noble BE33 @ BTS Phrom Phong a.k.a Japan Town

For this project, our client was a Thai investor who had spent many years overseas.

The client decided that the Phrom Phong area of Bangkok to be the best and most risk-free area for property investment and chose the Noble BE33 Condominium. The client came to this determination because that particular area of Sukhumvit Road is popular with the Japanese expat community.

For that same reason, the client’s main request was to design a room concept which would fit well for potential Japanese tenants. Another requirement of the client was the use of high-grade finishing materials.

Based on those requirements, our team decided to mix and match, and also upgrade the “Modern ZEN” concept we created and used before for Park 24 – 7 Showroom Units @ EM District.

• Extra Wall leveling in Bedroom area, to cover gap of internal pillar
• Unique design of TV Wall with High Grade materials
• Hidden soft LED Warm Light for Shelves of TV Wall
• Extra storage drawers under the bed frame
• “I” Shape sofa with movable ottoman as option to convert to “L” Shape sofa
