Our client received an urgent market offer to take over the lease of an amazing commercial shophouse corner unit.

Beyond Decor was contacted because the client was seeking full support and Turn-Key assistance; including Concept Planning, Layout Planning, Interior Design, Renovation and Custom made items to match the brand and the Hospital itself.

Our main challenge for this project was a tight timeline of 1 month for all needed services for a 4 storey unit with total usable space of 800 sqm.
