The Oleander Penthouse @ BTS Nana, Sukhumvit 11

This project was based on cooperation with a Thai-Japanese interior design company for a Japanese client who planned to move to Bangkok from Tokyo.

The client selected BEYOND DECOR to be the primary Full Service Contractor to build & renovate this 4 Bedder 200 sqm Penthouse.

The property concept consisted of a few different styles such as “Chino-Portuguese”, “Contemporary” and “Loft”. The whole process was planned out in a few stages following this order: Demolishing – Electric System – Construction – Wall & Floor Finishing – Build-in Furniture – Wall Painting – Big Cleaning – Handover.

The main challenges of this project were: Overcoming Old Building Structure & Water-Electrical Systems, Limited storage space for construction materials and a compressed time line due to the New Year Holidays. However, our team was able to handle all challenges on site, as well as coordinating with the designer and the Japanese client. We handed over the project on time and satisfied another Beyond Decor client.
