TOP HAT Factory & Office Building @ Jomthong, Dao Khanong [Individual Interior Design]

The Old Kasikorn Bank Jomthong Branch building was purchased by the the owner of TOP HAT Shop @ Platinum Fashion Mall with the purpose of a Full Refurbishment and Full Renovation to convert the property into a Mix-Used Hub – Office. The space would also feature a Company Milestone Presentation Area, Samples Display Area, Production Zone, Storage, and Warehouse.

Due to a very limited timeline, the project was executed based on the drawings only, without a 3D Perspective Rendering.

In the end the project was a huge success and completed within the client’s requirements.
