Our client, a Japanese investor, was seeking a quick furnishing that is on time with minimal Build-in items. However, the property was still to be decorated in a way that would easily attract foreign tenants.

From the client’s criteria, our team was inspired to approach the project with a “Simple ZEN” concept. It’s a concept that fits a tenant of any nationality and would be practical for the investor. Also, the Simple ZEN style is clean, neat, and bright.
